· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of August 2025 is 127,948 up by 2,260 or 2% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 6,752,184, an increase of 0.4% from the previous year.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 70% for the month of August 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 49 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while three (3) routes, Route 151, Route 511, and Route 651 (on detour) had an on-time performance below 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for August was 228,773 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 14,641 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the August sign-up and will remain in effect until the October sign-up.

- New Route 421 Kapilina will be implemented on a pilot basis and interline with

Route 91.

Route A terminus, relocated to Bus Stop #2590 (Kaonohi St + Opp Pearlridge Center).
